Wisconsin's defense has been in the top five overall since the arrival of defensive coordinator Dave Aranda, but on Saturday the Badgers faced a talented Alabama offense led by young running back Derrick Henry in a 35-17 loss to AT&T. Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Wisconsin lost 502 yards, including 274 rushing, after losing to Red Caps captain Michael Caputo, captain of the Badgers.
Badgers mostly used 3 or 4 basic formations like 2-4-5 nickel "weights" with two linebackers as mock defense, four linebackers, five defenders in certain situations to counter Alabama's 11 HQ, other opinions. . The tide was turned back from Wisconsin.
